Distributed Acoustic Sensing Instrument (1 channel, 50 km) DAS-10-50KM

Distributed Acoustic Sensing Instrument (1 channel, 50 km) (DAS-10-50KM) product photo

OVERVIEW

Overview

DAS-10-50KM is the single-channel entry configuration: 50 km per channel, 3–26 m spatial resolution, 0.01 Hz–100 kHz bandwidth, 5.8 kg and 33–55 W. Frequency-diversity reception suppresses coherent fading, making it suitable for continuous monitoring of one short-to-medium fibre link.

CORE STRENGTHS

Core strengths

  • 01

    1 channel, 50 km

Up to 50 km on a single fibre — site perimeter, branch pipelines and similar links

  • 02

    Entry configuration

One device for one link: simplest configuration, lowest purchase and maintenance cost

  • 03

    Portable 5.8 kg

    220 × 120 × 311 mm, 5.8 kg — carried and deployed by one person

  • 04

    Frequency-diversity fading suppression

Built-in pulse compression and frequency diversity suppress long-range coherent fading
